Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy for all Akashic Readings, Tarot Readings, and all Energy Healing Services.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You will have one (1) opportunity to reschedule your appointment to another date without a cancellation fee. If you cancel and reschedule more than once, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 before you can reschedule your appointment. For any cancelation, you will have to reschedule it within the open dates of our calendar. We will not be able to make accommodations for sooner dates for reschedules that are caused by your cancellation.

Because of the nature of our readings and services, we have to be in good health and mind to channel, offer space, and connect to the Records and you energy. If we are sick, have an emergency, or any other force majeure that keeps us from your appointment, we will make every effort to reschedule you within 5 business days of your original appointment free of charge.

No Refunds will be issued for canceled appointments at any time whether we or you have canceled.

No Show:

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment and did not contact us in any way prior (email hello@thegroveapothica or Instagram @thegroveapothica) you will have forfeited your appointment time. We wait for 15 minutes in the Zoom Room for all appointments before contacting you through the email on your appointment intake form. If you do not respond and show up with 30 minutes of the beginning of your appointment start time, your appointment will be completely forfeited.

There are absolutely no refunds for No Shows. We have a “no bummer” policy for this because we have shown up for your appointment and prepared for your reading.

We completely understand that life happens so since we have done the reading preperations, we will video record your reading and send you the link to watch it. If you have questions, you will have to set up a separate session with us for an additional fee to ask questions about the information (please email us for a link to set up this extra session). This way you are still getting your reading and we are able to deliver the information to you.

Refunds:

If you contact us within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment and would like to cancel it, we will refund and cancel your appointment without issue.

After that time, there will be no refunds for any reason.
