Cancellation and Refund Policy

Product Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days for eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We have a Strict "No Bummer" Policy and want you to love your pieces, but will not accept returns for anything that you state "you didn't understand what you were buying" as we pride ourselves on thoroughly explaining our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be one of the following types of items: 

  • Crystal Skull, Spheres, Points, Palm Stones, Tumbles, and any other carved stone 

  • Intention and Mantra Bracelets 

  • Journals and Coloring Books 

  • Macrame and Wire Wrapped Pendants 

Items NOT eligible for return are: 

  • Custom designed Intention Necklaces, Bracelets, Malas, and Pocket Malas 

  • Customizable Bracelets 

  • Downloadable Files 

  • Tarot and Oracle Readings 

  • Akashic Record Readings

  • Meditations and Audio Files 

  • Gift Cards 

  • Sale Items or Items that are discontinued

Items being returned MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned that I do not offer but for legal reasons have to mentions: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds will be on a case by case basis and we have the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in 30 days or the product is damaged in any way.

Product Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Sometimes refunds can take 7-10 business days to process. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet in 7-10 business days, please contact us at TheGroveApothica@gmail.com.

Sale and Discontinued Products 
As mentioned above, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Product Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. By defective or damaged we mean broken, cracked, and unusable. Gemstones can have natural characteristics that may not be appealing to everyone but that does not mean that the piece is defective. Yes, frayed cording or a broken stone is what we are referring to when we say damaged or defective and we would be happy to replace an item for you.

If your piece is defective or damaged, we need to see pictures of the issue. Please send us an email at TheGroveApothica@gmail.com and we will be in contact about how and if the piece will be accepted for exchanges

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Class Cancellation and Refund

We understand that things change, so we will honor a cancelation and full refund up to 14 days before the scheduled class.  If you are within the 14 day period but before 5 days of the scheduled class, there will be  $50 Cancellation Fee removed from your refund to cover our time and costs to prepare your spot in class. If you cancel within 5 days of the scheduled class, there will be No refund offered. Class fee can be transferred to any other Reiki class of the same level but no refund will be available to you. Akashic Readings, Tarot Readings, and Reiki Service Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations must me made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You will have one (1) opportunity to reschedule your appointment to another date without a cancellation fee. If you cancel and reschedule more than once, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 before you can reschedule your appointment. For any cancelation, you will have to reschedule it within the open dates of my calendar. I will not be able to make accommodations for sooner dates for reschedules that are caused by you canceling.

Becuase of the nature of these reading and services, I have to be in good health and mind to channel, offering space, and connect to the records. If I am sick, have an emergency, or any other force majeure that keeps me from your appointment, I will make ever effort to reschedule you within 5 business days of your original appointment.

No Refunds will be issued for canceled appointments at any time whether I or you canceled.

No Show:

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment and did not contact me in any way prior, you will have forfeited your appointment time. I wait for 15 minutes in the Zoom Room for all appointments before contacting you through the email on your appointment intake form. If you do not respond and show up, your appointment will be forfeited.

There are absolutely no refunds for No Shows. I have a “no bummer” policy for this because I have shown up for your appointment and done the work to prepare for your reading.

You will be charged a $20 reschedule fee to set up a new appointment.

Refunds:

If you contact me within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment and would like to cancel it, I will refund your appointment without issue.

After that time, there will be no refunds for any reason.
